June
19 - PRG Group Launches New Website
PRG Group, Inc. (OTC: PRGJ), a holding company for PRG Systems Inc. and
Prime Communications Inc., has updated its website with a new look and
user-friendly access to company information, including detailed
descriptions of services and an expanded list of strategic partners.
The most notable site addition is the mission statement to "find
opportunities that will increase shareholder value and launch these
opportunities as public companies with dividends to existing
stockholders."
"We wanted our mission front and center to anyone inquiring about the
company," said Uma Pandey, CEO of PRG Group. "I'll expound upon
intentions for the subsidiaries in the upcoming outlook, but we wanted
shareholders to see what the company has become and get a feel for the
direction in which we're headed."
Financial documents and news releases are now posted on the updated site. Future filings with the SEC will also be posted.
June
19 - PRG Group Receives Coverage From NJBiz.com
PRG
Group, Inc. (OTC: PRGJ), a holding company for PRG Systems Inc. and
Prime Communications Inc., received front page coverage last week from
NJBiz.com, after announcing the intention to acquire New Jersey public
safety start-up LOCATUM. The story by the New Jersey business online
media newspaper can be found at http://www.njbiz.com/industry.asp?cID=a.
Since the announcement, PRG Group has fielded calls of interest in
LOCATUM from prospective joint venture partners and investment groups.
The company hopes to secure the acquisition by the end of June.
"The
public reaction to the potential of LOCATUM reinforces our belief in
its potential," said Uma Pandey, CEO of PRG Group. "Clearly, there are
those who immediately recognize the need for a database system that can
provide an inside view to any building where someone is in distress.
LOCATUM has created the right product at the right time, and we are
hard at work to make the company a PRG subsidiary."
June
13 - PRG Group Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Public Safety Corporation
PRG
Group, Inc. (OTC: PRGJ), a holding company for PRG Systems Inc. and
Prime Communications Inc., is pleased to announce that it has submitted
a letter of intent to acquire LOCATUM, a private public safety start up
in Lyndhurst, New Jersey.
LOCATUM's primary product is a database retrieval system for first
responders that provides critical information before arrival at a
crisis scene, including building architectural plans. Electronic access
to building plans would enable police and rescue to know the best route
by which to reach persons in crisis before presence at the building.
Representative buildings for the system include schools, health care
facilities, public sector buildings, private apartments, office
buildings and even residential housing.
"In
a time of global terrorism, school shootings and natural disasters,
being able to effectively see inside a building without being there
could easily be the difference between life and death," said Uma
Pandey, CEO of PRG Group. "The potential for LOCATUM's success speaks
for itself, and we hope to secure the acquisition quickly."
PRG Group intends to secure the acquisition by issuance of restricted shares.

13 - PRG Group Adds Personnel to Meet Ever-Growing Client Base
PRG
Group, Inc. (OTC: PRGJ), a holding company for PRG Systems Inc. and
Prime Communications Inc., announced today it has added sales and
support staff to meet the needs of a rapidly growing client base.
"We
exceeded our projections for now and had to act quickly to assure the
same quality of service to our new clients that the long-term clients
have always enjoyed," said Uma Pandey, CEO of PRG Group.
"We
had a very successful first quarter and fully expected to maintain that
success. In addition to hiring sales staff to serve Prime
Communications customers, we've also enhanced our offshore operations
with additional personnel to support implementation of our products and
services. The added operational support better positions PRG Group to
move forward with growth that is shaping up to be exponential.
"We've
been working diligently on preparing the company outlook for the
balance of 2007 and early 2008, but our efforts are being met with the
repeated need to increase our projections. Release of the outlook may
be closer to the release of second quarter numbers than originally
anticipated. Revision of projections because actual revenues are
exceeding them is the best possible difficulty to have," Pandey
concluded.
June 12 - PRG Group Announces Record Annual Revenue Increase of 58% to More Than $3.8 Million
PRG
Group, Inc. (OTC: PRGJ), a holding company for PRG Systems Inc. and
Prime Communications Inc., is pleased to announce that gross revenues
for fiscal year 2006 were $3,884,957, an increase of $1,396,242 (58%)
over fiscal 2005.
The value of assets in 2006 increased by $2,024,259 (161%) over 2005,
excluding the end-of-year acquisition of Prime, which will be included
in the 2007 annual report. The balance sheet for 2006 financials can be
found on the company website and will be available shortly at
Pinksheets.com.
"We
followed a 35 percent revenue increase in 2005 with a 58 percent
increase in 2006," said Uma Pandey, CEO of PRG Group. "The company's
growth is both steady and substantial, and we are poised to do more
than the market may previously have expected of us. Last year's success
in particular made PRG an attractive company with which to do business
-- both for clients and for prospective acquisitions.
"Closing
the acquisition of Prime Communications in January brought Avaya
products into our inventory, the quality of which is well-known in the
telecom industry and clearly reflected in Avaya's price per share on
the NYSE," Pandey continued. "Retailing Avaya products positions PRG
for continued success. In fact, we have already surpassed our internal
projections for 2007 in the first two quarters and have every
expectation of maintaining the growth to which PRG is becoming
accustomed."
Pandey reiterated the company's intention to release Q1 2007 financials in June and Q2 financials in August.
May 29 - PRG Group Emerges From Reorganization and Updates Shareholders
PRG
Group, Inc. (OTC: PRGJ), a holding company for PRG Systems Inc. and
Prime Communications Inc., updated its shareholders today and announced
an outstanding first quarter, due largely to the acquisition of Prime
Communications in December 2006.
"We've
been pretty busy these last four months acquainting ourselves with new
clients inherited from Prime Communications," said Uma Pandey, CEO of
PRG Group. "I have to apologize to our shareholders for the long
silence, but the upcoming release of record revenues should make up for
any frustrations.
"Implementing
our strategy to acquire a communications hardware outfit with an
established client base, to which PRG Systems could then offer its
software-related services, has already proven to be a wise move. The
reorganization, however, did set us back on other duties.
"We
served a higher number of clients than we were previously accustomed
to, while adding Board members, working on a new website, working on
patent applications and pursuing additional acquisitions," Pandey
continued. "We were therefore delayed in compiling the financials for
2006 and filing for uplisting -- both of which are now at the top of
the company agenda.
"We
also neglected to update Pinksheets.com, and it has come to our
attention that PRGJ is listed as an unsolicited stock. That status is
incorrect. Our corporate attorneys will be updating Form 15c211 to have
our status correctly reflected.
"I also want to inform our shareholders that the total number of outstanding shares is 67 million, of which 15% is our float."
PRG anticipates release of financials for the fiscal year 2006, and
2007 Q1 by mid June. The company outlook for the balance of the year
and into fiscal 2008 will follow in early July, before release of Q2
revenues in August.
