PhoneBrasil Appoints Mr. Javier
Abasolo as New Director of Spain for ``Market Development''

PhoneBrasil CEO Anderson Dias stated, "As Founder,
Chairman and CEO of 'Euro Appraisal S.A.' and later that of the 'Euro
Appraisal Group,' Mr. Javier Abasolo was directly involved in the transformation
of the Spanish Public Sector Administration, Municipalities, Universities,
and Public Companies. Mr. Abasolo was also directly involved with Private
Financial Sector in terms of various bank mergers and the restructuring
of other financial institutions, such as the Stock Exchange, so as to
fall in line with the new EU regulations."
In the middle '90s, Mr. Abasolo was involved with the
incorporation of a telecom company called "American Telecom S.A."
and acted as Board Director, Corporate Executive Vice President and Financial
Director. American became heavily involved in the privatization of the
Spanish parastatal Telefonica de Espana S.A. (NYSE: TEF) http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=tef.
Mr. Abasolo was involved in the bid and securing of the second network
operator "B1" license, the acquisition & restructuring of
the regional network and the expansion of the same into a national network.
Mr. Abasolo established the company's technical support infrastructure
with the creation of more than 30 national network "nodes" and
a technical support and administration staff of more than 900 employees.
In the late '90s, Mr. Abasolo, as a Founding Partner,
established a telecom called "CAC Telecom, S.A." This Company
acquired a "B1" license and proceeded to establish a national
network. CAC was the first Telecom in Spain that developed in the national
territory. Their expansion, based on the establishment of 22 local operator
"baby bells," aimed to provide a more localized service, personalized
to the clients involved in the local needs and connected to a national
and international telecom operator network.
Mr. Abasolo's professional experiences include mergers
& acquisitions, the establishment of new asset management control
mechanisms & standards, designing and managing institutional systems
that enabled both Public and Private Sector companies to transform, and
the restructuring & optimization of human and financial resources
of such Societies. Since the end of 2002, Mr. Abasolo has refocused his
professional activities to concentrate on legal and financial consulting,
with special emphasis on the structuring and funding of Latin American
Public, Private Sector and Humanitarian projects development.
