March 11 - Copper King Mining Corporation Completes Filming of News Segment

Copper King Mining Corporation (Pink Sheets: CPRK) under the direction of its PR firm Alexander Lindale L.L.C. has completed the filming of a news segment to be sent to several thousand television stations regarding the mining and development of the Copper King Project in Milford, Utah.

The footage will be edited and prepared for download and is expected to be ready for distribution with the next few weeks.

Biomagnetics Diagnostics Corporation (OTC:BMGP), announced today that is continuing formal negotiations to purchase an interest in Tianjin Automatic Science & Instrument Co. LTD.

1) Auto Science is located in Tianjin, China’s third largest city with a population of 9.5 million. Tianjin is a major comprehensive industrial base in northern China. It has over 150 lines of industry consisting primarily of electronics, automobile, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, textiles, chemicals and mechanics.

Tianjin Auto Science has been in business over 15 years. By acquiring an interest in Tianjin Auto Science, Biomagnetics Diagnostics will gain access to over 1,250 distributors, a laboratory client base of 10,000 and skilled manufacturing in the business community’s most exciting markets.

2) We have received quotes to manufacturing our Assays from Shanghai Jing Ying Biotechnology Co. and are now conducting due diligence.

3) Biomagnetics has entered into a memorandum of understanding whereby B.R.I.A. will undertake the responsibility to represent Biomagnetics Diagnostics Corp. in acquiring the required Health Ministry approvals to perform clinical trials in Thailand on the HTS-MTP Diagnostic System, including the Company’s proprietary HIV and Hepatitis B assays.

March 5 - Ultitek Implements New Website for "Yakut Central Transport Agency"

Ultitek, Ltd. (OTCBB: UITK) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, TAIS, has designed a new website for General Aviation Agency of Yakutia, Russian Federation (http://gavs.sakha.ru). This website will facilitate airline ticket reservations for the agency. It should also generate more business for Ultitek. Ultitek will install more websites for multiple agencies in the months to come.

March 3 - Biomagnetics Technological Review

Biomagnetics Diagnostics Corporation (OTC:BMGP), a statement from the president of Biomagnetics Diagnostics Corp., Clayton M. Hardman. Broadening our product line and opening up more markets.

Our approach to expanding the market is simple; add additional assays and enter additional markets (countries).

The Company has also applied for a patent, for a new diagnostic system designed for multi-analyte testing for blood banks titled “SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETECTING SPECIFIC BINDING REACTIONS USING MAGNETIC LABELS.” This technology uses a combination of opposing magnetic fields and light refraction.

Blood banks receive and test approximately 14 million units of blood annually. Each unit is tested for 9 infectious diseases totaling 126 million diagnostics tests. We hope to bring this new system to market in 2009. The costs of performing these diagnostics including assays, staffing and general overhead which exceeds all revenues. Our system will perform all 9 required tests in a single assay, thus substantially reducing the costs blood banks will incur.

Generally speaking all blood banks operate in the red. We believe our new system will save 30 to 40 percent on blood diagnostics and turn their red into black overnight..
