If you have an informed opinion on a U.S.-traded stock or ETF that you
want to share with the OTCPicks.com community, we’d like to publish
it.

An author may submit no more than two (2) articles daily. If you have
a business relationship with a company named in your article, that relationship
must be fully disclosed. We will not publish articles by third party individuals
or firms that are compensated for coverage of that company’s stock
or business. If you have a position in the stock that must be fully disclosed.
If you have a controlling interest in the company (5% stock ownership
or more) that must be disclosed.

If you have a web site and wish a link back to your site, include the
URL.
Be specific
Write about a particular stock or ETF, or general market commentary
is also accepted..
Be fundamental
Address the company’s competitive environment, management, products,
corporate strategy, earnings outlook, valuation and/or balance sheet.
We do not publish pure technical analysis but technical analysis as part
of the overall piece is accepted.
Be opinionated and logical
We welcome ‘long cases’ and ’short cases’ for
stocks, but be sure to provide sound, in-depth reasoning for your positions.
Be unique
Write about stocks or ETFs that others aren’t writing about. If
you do cover something well known, bring a new perspective that others
may have missed.
Be known
Providing your real identity will build credibility and reputation for
your work. We do, however, accept anonymous contributions.
Cite your Sources
We don't want any problems with plagerism. We will do content checks
on all submissions for plagerism. If you do use information from third
party sources such as data from Gartner Group report, etc. you much name
the sources in the body of the article.
Please Don't Submit an Article because you own a position and are looking
to pump it up so you can trade your stock.

received to promote a stock (cash or stock compensation), and you must
